  What book are you reading now?

  i just stated reading a book called "the lovely bones" by alice sebold.

  i am beginning chapter 3. here is the excerpt from the inside cover:

  couple of jws (guys) came to the door today, started saying "we believe the world is ending and changing soon" - and then plainly stated - "this brochure here explains how it is going to happen".

  {i thought, "no, this is what you think will happen, but you just can't stop yourself from getting to the next step anyway - just can't speak properly without fitting some kind of lie into it"}

  anyway, i rejected them outright, in as few words as came to mind (six, i think).

  Anybody ever had their Aura photo taken?

  i had mine done a few weeks ago, and also my chakras.. my colours for my aura photograph were predominately green with some blue.. if you've had yours done, what colours showed up, and do you think the interpretation was correct?.

  Sleep trouble - any tips??

  argh, i'm a little on the frustrated side right now, so i'm looking for some help.. i'm usually quite good at getting lots of sleep, i'm usually in bed at a decent hour in the night and can usually get between 7 and 9 hours of sleep a night (more on the weekends, of course), but for the last week or so, i've been having some trouble sleeping.

  a scattered night of sleeplessness can be expected from time to time, but it's been about 10 days now, that's a little excessive.

  i do all of my usual things during the day - classes, homework, chores, cooking, cleaning, errands - and i never nap during the day, i avoid all forms of caffeine after 5pm, and i always go to bed feeling like it's time for me to go to sleep, i'm usually tired at bedtime, but lately, it's been taking me forever to get to sleep.

  Eat a couple of sticks of celery about an hour before bed and keep some fresh sprigs of lavender next to the bed. Celery has a natural muscle relaxant (sorry can't remember its name) and lavender, when inhaled, gives a feeling of well being and relaxes the mind.

  Try it, it does work.

  Your aura is light emited from the body the visibility of which is caused by such things as magnetic fields, ultra violet light or uv light. They are very hard to see by the untrained eye let alone photograph. You are right in saying that bright lights are ommited by trustworthy people and those of a sound spiritual mind. Whereas dark lights are associated with untrustworthy, false teachers or people with something to hide.

  Although predominately visible around the head light can be seen around the body, usually blue, to highlight ailments. This is commonly used by healers in diagnosis and provides a focus point for precision healing.
